Itch Blade, you could also look out for a D'Allara Rescue, discontinued but not impossible to find, they had ample and well textured handles, ball-bearing lock and blades were nice and thick VG10.
 
I love my SS.

The last time I used it in a professional capacity, I had my patient extricated from an overturned 10 yard dump truck that was in the river before the hydraulic extrication tools arrived on scene. No cutting metal of course, but it sawed through the windshield grommet/ windshield in no time.
