I just traded my friend back for this. Its a pretty rare Spyderco police with GIN-1 steel, and the SEAL Team 8 logo. Its like new except for a few light handling marks. I am looking for either a NIB Plainedge Spyderco Manix with the Phospher bronze washers plus something else like some NIP green traser glowrings or??. Also interested in a NIB fullsize microtech manual action socom, or NIB manual action amphibian with stonewashed blade, NIB Benchmade model 41MC, NIB swamprat battlerat in black. I just got off the phone with John Jensen, who did these for Spyderco. He said they made only 15. 13 of them went to a guy in New Jersey, one went to a guy in the carribean, and one went to fieldline sports. They were done back in September of 1996. :)
 
I will ship out this police first so you can inspect it and make sure its as described, and then you can send your trade :)
