Spyderco Shaman out of stock

With so many knives out of stock, it would be nice if Spyderco created another page on its website with just the knives currently "in stock" on it.

That would certainly speed up and simplify the search for any there.

Finding the knife you want or are looking for is part of the hunt and makes the find all the more gratifying

Like I said it would just be "nice" to have a page of knives that are "in stock," especially since more knives seem to "out" as opposed to "in stock."

It is certainly not essential but such a page would simplify the process of looking for knives that you want to buy, instead of clicking on multiple pages to see if the knives you're interested in are "in stock" or not.

Also, I'm not a programmer but isn't there is a web designer/software programmer who could automate the process so that the webpage could update the page anytime a product (knife or otherwise) goes in or out of stock (inventory) so that no one would have to do it manually?

Seems like this should be possible. Any web designers/programmers out there who know whether it can or can't be done?
 
Hi! Sorry for reviving this thread, but I’ve been sitting on the fence about getting a shaman for a long while now, and finally deciding that I do want to buy one. More interested in an “alternate” Steel than S30V, but nobody has any sprints or exclusive in stock (and haven’t been for a LOOOOONG time). Any idea when more Shamans will be available again? Guesstimates? Summer restocks? Fall? Sooner like in late spring? 😆(Wishful thinking?)

No.. haven't heard anything on upcoming Sprints/Exclusives. I'm guessing we'll eventually see a DLT exclusive run in Purple G10 Cruwear and/or Tan G10 20CV! Hopefully Spyderco will make a Magnacut version too.

If you want an unbelievable user in the meantime, Grab a serrated blackout version and be amazed by the cutting power of this design.
 
I’m not one to complain about prices, but I just saw some Shamans on a well known retailers site and the prices are getting a little out of line. 231.00 bucks for S30V and G10? As much as I like the Shaman, I’d rather wait for a better steel and pay a little more.

That’s one of the reasons why I was wondering about “alternate” steels. Although I appreciate the design and ergonomics, at $230+ ($240+ for DLC) with S30V and plain G-10, it’s getting to be a tougher and tougher sell. Wishing maybe Spyderco would sneak in an in-line change to S45VN at those prices? Would love to see this hard-use workhorse in something like M4, 4V, or Cruwear as standard.

I’ve been a long-time Spyderco fan. However, the creeping prices have made competition stiffer and stiffer. For example, the Ritter Hogue RSK MK1-G2 is in a similar size range, is $170 with G-10 grips and CPM-20CV steel. Add $10 if you want a coated blade or fancier layered G-Mascus scales. That $60+ difference is not insignificant.

Actually they have the Z wear ones in stock too lol. I dont know why people are paying scalpers 300+ for these. I've ordered from them before, they're quick for overseas and reliable.

Am I crazy or does the Civilian on that site seem to have a WAY, WAY deeper hollow grind than any other Civilian?
Somebody help me here, that Lamnia Civvie looks way hollower! Is it an older run? This site seems to have some real random, off the wall items so I would not be surprised. Actually, I notice some of the smaller Spyderco carriers are the way to go with special things.
