Before making that claim, check the OPs post history. He's started over a hundred threads looking for recommendations. That's a bit odd, no? Also, as danke noted, he doesn't even know if it was blue or red locktite. Last, look at how he got himself in his current situation and how he is handling it. No doubt, in a day or two he will be back to leave a snarky comment about how we were no help, or something of the like (hint: he's done the exact same thing many time for years and years).There’s no excuse for CS reps lying to people, however.
