I have a Spyderco Tri-Angle. Bought it about 25 years ago. It uses the white ceramic rods and only has one set of holes for the sticks. Has worked fine for me for years. Should I upgrade and buy a new spyderco? Brown sticks as well as white and 2 sets of holes?

"If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

If the sharpener has worked for you all these years and still works, I don't really see a need to upgrade.

If you're itching to buy something new though, we won't stop you ;)

I also have the same version that you have. It's about 12yrs old and still going strong. Instead of getting the new one I think that the edge pro will be my next sharpening tool.
