Hi just got my Sharpmaker, I know a lot of you have one but,if you don't order it NOW! Every knife I own is now wicked sharp. I have a Lansky system and it works good but is totally inconvienient, you have to clamp the blade. With the Sharpmaker you go from dull to shaving sharp in seconds(literally). If you have knives and if your here you must you owe it to them to get this sharpener. Sal great job on a great product.

Nick,

Thanks for the kind words for our Sharpmaker, a lot of time and though went into its design. How do you like Sal's action on the video?

Got one of the sharpmakers over the holidays. I think it is one of the older ones without the videos, (cordura case 203). Anyway I went through all the kitchen knives in front of a tv movie, was so impressed that I took the sharpener to my brother-in-law's to show him. Even a crummy inexpensive serrated bread knife sharpens up nicely. Nice quality gets razor sharp in a hurry. While I really like my 31 Spyderco knives, I have to admit that I have never been impressed by a sharpener before. My old Buck Arkansas stone is languishing in my drawer.

I must agree as well. I'm a small dealer and must admit, my sharpening skills are pathetic. I almost exclusively recommend the 204 to my customers because of the ease of use and speed at which an edge can be obtained.

My prior sharpening skills probably rated a 5 or 6, but since I got the 204, I am moving up on the scale. What do I do with all my old sharpening stuff? Garage sale I guess.

Absolutely fantastic sharpener. Sal, Gail recommended that I get one of these. My wife bought it for my birthday. It is the best sharpener that I have ever used.

Great Product. I am a beleiver.

You have convinced me. I just ordered one 5 minutes ago from the Knife Center.

I bought the Sharpmaker Thursday when I picked up my Wegner. The Sharpmaker is wothout a doubt the best sharpening system I have used. The video that comes with it was easy to follow and I had my CS Voyager razor sharp within minutes after watching the video. Too bad my CS Voyager has been retired for the moment in favor of the Wegner. What an awesome blade!

It is amazing. Little effort = immpressive razor edge. My wife even loves using it. She's already went through all our kitchen knives. The system sells itself. If you can get someone to use it, they will buy it. I have 3 friends and a brother who has each bought one since using mine. They in turn have "sold" others to co-workes, family, etc. They also make the perfect gift. Easy to wrap, easy on the wallet and the gift will be used year after year. How many gifts have you used for years? Atleast in my case, not many. Giving the gift of sharpness.
