they also found one of those Gerber apocalypse kits, Carl (the young boy) found it in a truck I believe. You can see Glen killing a zombie with the weird machete thing in a later episode.

Perhaps Spyderco paid the show for a little plug? How are you gonna show off your knife if all you can see is a little metal clip? Now if you really want to sell some more Spydercos, she needs to embed that Endura into the head/brain of an attacking zombie.

The Endura was pretty subtle product placement (if that's what it was) as far as The Walking Dead goes...
