Spyderco Slipits What's your favorite.

Out of all my Spydercos, highlights including: XHP Manix, Chokwe, Leafstorm, Urban, UKPK, Stretch FRN ZDP, etc....

My favorite knife is my UKPK Drop Point. It carries perfectly. It's sturdy. It's sharp. It's easy to use one handed. The blade looks cool. It's reliable.

And I really don't think people are cutting stuff that needs a lock 90% of the time anyway, myself included. So It's my favorite knife and it can be yours too! Even if it had to be drawn for SD, chances are the sight of a knife would cause a petty thief to run. Well, if faced with a confrontation, I'll probably either run or pull a Ruger LCP. So yeah. Slipits do the job.

Only one I've ever carried is the Bug. No real interest in carrying any of the larger ones. Locking folders are legal here, and everywhere I'd be interested in visiting, so there's no incentive to revert to a slipjoint. If I were to carry a larger one, it would be a customized version of the drop point UKPK.

Same here. Those knives are cool looking, but so long as Spyderco keeps making locking folders that is where my cash will go.

My only Spyderco slipit is a Grasshopper (great little knife for the money). If I need anything larger I would prefer to use a locking folder like my Tenacious. I would still like a UKPK but can't justify the cost at the moment since there are other non UK EDC legal Spyderco knives that appeal to me more.
