This is a catch and release knife/tool. I have a spyderco spyderench "T01PS"
I got this a short time ago but it's not really for me. I never had one so I got it but now I'm done with it.
The spyderench is LNIB and has the nylon belt pouch. There is slight wear and tear on the belt pouch on the bottom corners. The blade is partially serrated and is AUS8 steel.
Please be advised that this is the version that was made in Taiwan. It looks identical to the USA made 440C version.
