ok, as wes said, us canuks are putting our american cent in here(hey, it's 3cents canadian)...
handle(5/10, plain): I have a FRN endura that I carry on left anyways, so guess where this one went? same as usual endura handle...
lock(10/10): nib, solid, no movement from factory(and wes's collection)
smoothness(8/10, but I'm picky): it could use an oiling or 2 of militec-1... might have to do that, and ship the smaller of the 2 smaples along with it(and wes gets any left over)... just not glass right now.
edge(12/10): *drool* hawkbill, fully serrated, vg-10... works pretty well.
slicing ability(can I get a 20 in here?): is there anything it can't get through? I haven't done wire or cardboard yet, just fibre tape, nylon twine, 1/4" cotton rope and tree(was at my buddy's lake this last weekend)... nothing done to the edge yet, still can't even tell it's been touched to anything but air.
cool factor: 10/10
size: found c08 line to be small, c77 works great for size
usability: 7-8/10... not really tip control unless you want to choke up on it... very specialized knife and I don't work marine industry.
will I buy one? 75-80% yes.
shipping it on friday... I got it last week friday in the mail, we have 5 ppl after me.
