One of the first things I did was reprofile the edge which came from the factory at a pretty obtuse angle. The edge has been beautifully convexed, stropped, polished and and will arrive razor sharp. I've tried to capture the profile as best I could in the pictures. There are some extremely faint residual grind lines from sharpening that are visible if the light hits the blade just right, but my camera just wasn't able to capture them. Other than that, this knife is perfect. This is easily one of the best Spydercos I've owned. Smooth action, zero blade play, rock solid lockup, perfect centering.
