should i go with this or Columbia River Folts Minimalist Bowie? i know what i want them for and what to use em on i just wanna know whats better overall?
i didnt get into spyderco so much but now that i know the blades alot more and understand how to use them properly (years of screwing around with folders). i like folders and fixed blades i just wanna know which blade is worth the money.
im open to other knives in the 35 dollar range (its just a chore knife that needs to take a beatin)
THANKS

Take a look at the Kershaw tremor Kershaw guy has them on sale for $25 it's a fantastic beater knife

i think the funny part is that i personally love kershaw and just bought myself a cryo 1. i like it but it doesnt beat my kershaw kuro :D ill check him out though thank you

Tenacious between those two. Also check out the Byrd knives. Great value IMO.

These are two very different knives. I have them both. One is a small neck/belt knife, the other is a decent sized pocket. What's your goal, EDC?

Tough choice, but there's a reason the Tenacious is so popular. It's quality is way above it's cost.

i have a fantastic edc knife (izula 2) im asking between the two which is a good working knife? im not around water and have to cut alot of stuff but i truly despise boxcutters :D

The steel the Tenacious is 8cr13mov vs the 5cr15mov for the small CKRT Bowie. You'll get a much longer working edge from the Tenacious as well as far superior edge retention.

I like both, but the minimalist Bowie seems to be more of a second choice / last ditch knife. The Tenacious really is superior.
