Spyderco Tenacious

How do you guys feel about the strength/reliability of the liner lock?

I am in construction and use this knife a fair amount in rotation. I don't beat the crap out of it, but it gets much more use and abuse than most normal knife users put theirs through.

The lock is still really solid after a few months, and it shows no sign of loosening up. It could be the best value knife I have ever purchased for the $$, as it has proven itself to me in the field to be a solid performer.

I wasn't a Spyderco fan until I bought this one and I love the quality and design. More will be purchased, no doubt.

Can anyone tell me what size Allen wrench to use on the clip screws? Mine arrived tip-down and I can't match the size of the screws to a wrench. (and I have alot of 'em) Metric maybe?

Warranty dept. told me it's a Torx T-6, but it looks like a hex under the glass.

Good blade for the money, actually my favorite outdoor folder at the moment. Good things that make it so: thick handle for good grasp when whittling. And the edge goes all the way down to the sweet spot for whittling. and that blade shape is great for gutting a couple deer or so!
