I have a Ti milie, the knife is in perfect condition but has been stropped and the edge is stupid sharp. I have box and papers. This one has the steel lock bar insert. The action is perfect, and smooth. I carried this knife a few times, but never used it other than to test the edge after stropping. There are no marks on the Ti(but I will take a closer look when I get home just to make sure). I love this knife but don't have much use for it since I have a plain milie, and I have other things I need to buy. CONUS only, and price includes shipping and fees.
