This question being asked on several forums, seems to be quite a bit of interest but no news coming back.
I have even emailed Sal and asked this question but no reply.

Hoping the release date has not slipped. Believe last ınformation some months ago was that they were hopeful that this would become available towards end of this year.

THat is actually a dijon mustard groove, because it's simply a groovy knife. You know?
