Spyderco tuff overstiff detent. Factory addition that would be a simple fixz

I'd love to have the Chinook brought back with some sprints too. I would love if Spyderco used some CPM154 though on a sprint, even a mule would be awesome.
 
I'm not sure why the Chinook was discontinued in the first place.:confused:
It's a truly great knife that seemed to sell well at most sites I browsed.

Maybe the commentary about weights and size, some people are very critical of a knife when it comes to reported weight. If it's over 4 ounces it will turn you from high speed low drag into a complete low speed high drag non-cool operator.

That's okay for me.
I don't work in a mall, nor should I be operating on anyone, so more than 4 ounces is fine for me. :D

I draw the line at drag though...no one needs to see that.:eek:
 
By the way, IMHO the addition of a cobrahood would be a disaster. I had an ATR and a Salsa and removed the hood on both. Too many Emerson wave-like openings.
