Spyderco UKPK wire clip question

Hey guys, I received my new ukpk the other day and I love it especially since its a slipjoint which I find really nice, but anyways, I wish the wire clip was a tad darker. I was wondering if anyone knew if the wireclips are interchangeable among different spydie knives. I really like the dark wire clip for the sage 3 carbon fiber and wanted to order a "replacement' clip to put on my ukpk, but I am not 100% if it would fit and I cannot find any information about it. I am on the verge of buy the sage 3 anyways, but i was just curious to see if anyone can help me about the wire clips. Thanks in advance!

The wire clips used by all the current models with the exceptions of the Assist and the Meerkat Sprint are interchangeable. FWIW, the Sage 3 is the blue G-10 Sage with the Blackie Collins Bolt Action lock and uses a bright steel wire clip. Think you mean the Sage 1, it's the CF/Walker lock version and uses a darkened clip.

You are correct, i was mixed up on the versions, but thanks for your response, i love the way the clip looks on the cf sage
