Spyderco Urban--impressions and reviews?

Really, really like the Wharncliffe blade and the orange G10.

Would snap it up if it weren't $100 (which seems like a lot for a 2" slip joint...)

Anybody have one and love it? What about have one and not love it?

Well lets put it this way... The knife ROCKS! I got mine on Wednesday and have not put it down. I love it! At first I was a little so so on the non locking blade but let me tell ya... it aint going any where unless you unlock it. Also the G10 is very grippy, wire clip looks great on jeans and does not stand out. I actually snagged mine on the bay for 30 bucks below retail.... Just happen to catch it where no one was looking. And I like know that I have a knife where pretty much where ever I go.. its legal.
 
I did the same thing Cosmo did on the bay. The reason I got one is because I have started concentrating on slip joints. Get one.
 
Its just a UKPK without the belly. If you live in an area that restricts locking folders, and you want to carry a one-handed knife with a pocket-clip and g-10 scales with a wharncliff blade, then this knife may be for you.
 
yeah, i'm getting the vibe that i really WANT this little guy...still not sure why...maybe because it's bare-bones, cute and functional...yeah, looks like i'm getting one ;)
