II' calk it new in box but I carried this to work for a couple of days but went back to my Caly 3. Mint condition, can't tell that it was carried but I wouldn't feel right claiming it as new. Sold for $65 and PayPal fees covered by me . Box included. No trades please. 5% discount for active or prior service military. Low ball offers politly ignored
