Alright, had these up on the For Sale forum but didn't receive any offers I liked so I figured I'd put these up for trade an see if there's any interest in these.
First up is a Spyderco Yojimbo1. Bought this cuz I aready had a Yojimbo2 and I wanted to try out the original but didn't really like it as much as the 2. Bought it used with just a plain old gray Spyderco Box with no manufacturing sticker. Came with a few micro-chips in the blade but I sharpened those out and now I can't even tell that it was chipped before. Traded.
Next up is a Caly 3 Super Blue. I used it for a few weeks in the kitchen and it's started to develop a patina but I couldn't really get the pictures to show up on camera. Has been reprofiled to around 26 inclusive, which I messed up on a bit, I'll try to show it in the pictures but it was also hard to get on film. Putting it up for sale because I have a 3.5 SB that works so much better in the kitchen. Traded thanks!
This is where I messed up on reprofiling, if you can see about 1-2 cm away from the heel of the blade there is a vertical line on the bevel. Probably would be easy to fix this, but I do't really have the time to do that now.
Comes with box, papers and the special wrapping paper to keep moisture off the blade.
Box and code.
As you can see, the patina doesn't really show up, but in the right light it does. It used to look like this and in the right light still can ge that shade and colouring but it's a lot more dull now, since I used it for some onions which kinda covered up the colourful apple/orange patina.
I'm interested in Spyderco, Benchmade, Kershaw, preferably (L)NIB but seeing as how neither of mine are that condition I understand if your offer is a user.
I'd prefer to keep this in the US as well, unless you are willing to chip in/take into account for shipping costs (I can get a quote from the USPS if you want so we can figure out a fair trade depending on where you are). By responding to this ad, you agree that you are over the age of 18 and can legally own the knife in question in your jurisdiction, I am not responsible for knowing or following the laws in your jurisdiction, that is on you. I have the right to halt and reverse any trade wherever it may be if I feel you are under the age of 18 (or for any other reason) and may require you to show ID if I have any concerns. I'd prefer if you send offers to dkishizaki@gmail.com and I'll let you know what I think about it. I will respond to email offers much faster than offers in this thread so keep that in mind. Please try to keep offers in a similar price range. Thanks!
