Spyderco warenty sevice

At the end of December I send an old Endura with a bad lock back to Spyderco. Today I recieved there reply, a new Endura '98. I am mutch please with there responce, in my opinion this shows that they realy stand behind there product.
For this I say: thank you Spyderco! (especialy Debby of the warenty department)

Great quote JD! Ive never personally had any experiences with spyderco's warranty service(Never needed to!) but have talked to other people who had good experience with it as you did. Its good to see that spyderco stands behind its great products!
