Spyderco Warrior - Anyone picked one up yet?

I really like the design. There may be a few things about it that are not ideal for bushcraft use, but that doesn't mean it can't do the job. I may actually end up preferring it to the Rock Salt, due to the thicker stock and lack of re-curve.

Thanks for the link to the pics.

Again, does anyone have pics of theirs "in use", e.i. cutting, chopping, etc.? How does it fit your hand, while in use? Sort of a mini-review ~;-)

I am very tempted! Will have to give it some thought as I haven't seen one in person yet. I like it....a lot.

too mall ninja for me. sal said it best "good utility knife can be also effectively used for self defense. good fighting knife is usually very poor tool " quoting by memory

I think this knife is cool as hell -- and this from a guy who prefers slipjoints and Moras for everyday use.

If I were into collecting fighting knives, were a soldier, or practiced martial arts, I'd get one in an instant.

As it is, though, I'm just biding my time until the new Paramilitary comes out.

But I hope Spyderco keeps producing stuff like this -- because it's knives like the Warrior that help make the industry more interesting.

sure, picked it up... and
had a tough time putting it down.
a pity, just couldn't afford to lay down the greens this time around.
