I could call it LNIB but to be honest it has been lightly used, it just doesn't show. No lock movement up and down, a very slight side to side that I have never tried to correct (pivot still tight with Spyderco Locktite). Seduced by the size, Wharncliffe blade, the build quality, the blade steel, and the scales. Never could get used to the compression lock. I guess I never learn.
