Spyderco Yojimbo 2

I have a NIB spyderco yojimbo 2. It hasnt been carried, opened/closed and some pics taken. I noticed the grind on 1 side of the blade isnt even(shown in the pics), and 2 small scratches on the top of the blade. Both of those are how i got it.
I will get better pics once my camera battery charges. these are from my phone.
