My H1 Pac Salt 2 lockbar screw managed to back itself out, and is lost. I only noticed it earlier this month. I emailed Spyderco right away and told them, mentioned that I am in Canada, and asked what I needed to do to get a new screw. They asked for pics of the knife, which I sent, and then told me that parts ship out every 10 days or so. I just received my envelope with the new screw and my knife is whole again. For the price of postage and a tiny piece of black coated metal Spyderco proved their commitment to customer service. Thank you Spyderco, and Glesser family for creating this type of culture for your company. And of course I emailed them back to say thank you as well.

Going to do garden work for Mom today. Perfect time to carry my Pac Salt 2!
