Spyderco's customer service.

Had a Spyderco Persian that I was not satisfied with for various reasons. Sent out a email and they told me to return it along with a check for $5.00 for S&H. I did this last Monday and by Wed. had received a call regarding the knife. They offered to replace the knife or give me full credit towards another. They even used my check toward the purchase of another knife that I picked. I don't remember dealing with a company that stood behind their product as Spyderco does. Kudos to Spyderco for the way they deal with their customers. Today I just ordered another Spyderco knife and will tell others who ask what knife to buy to check out this line. I have been collecting knives for 20+ years. Thanks Sal Glesser for running a great company. :thumbup:

very nice folks. they sent me washers of all shapes and sizes they use to replace those in my new to me knives.
