They had a thread on the disco's back in November I believe. There's still a chance to catch plenty of those online, but who knows for how much longer.

To honest I wanted a ppt for a long long time but when I saw how much the liner sticks out it killed it for me......as for the Zulu I love it! But for the life of me I don't thing I could put a edge on one...

For me my next buy will probably be a chokwe! Then a g10 chines......maybe a breeden rescue to.

I really like my Zulu, and am a big advocate for the Chokwe. I touched the Zulu up on the Sharpmaker, and it was not too bad. The Chokwe is the only knife I have a backup NIB just in case. The PPT is cool looking, but don't see it in my future.

The one I had was very flickable, good detent. Kind of like a Sage 2

I have been thinking of getting a cricket. I have "sausage fibers" and was wonderingg what the spydernation thinks of the handle on it? Also, if a serrated blade would be a better choice because it would require less frequent sharpening?

I'd buy a plain edge, serrations are hard enough to sharpen, with the recurve It would be a nightmare.....

Can't say iv ever Held the glass fiber version so I can't say any thing about that... But the stanless had fairly good ergos!
