Hi! I ordered a Spyderco Mini Manix from spydieguys.com on new years eve and the package has yet to arrive. I was given a customer service number which shows the package's progress. For about a week the page said the package had been ordered but never said it had shipped. Then my customer service number was no longer valid and I could no longer view my page. I sent an email on the 11th wondering what had happened. There was no reply so I sent another email the week after, again with no reply. Today it seems my credit card has been dinged but still no knife. I'm wondering if my knife has been seized by customs, or maybe that spydieguys.com is experiencing technical difficulties. I've already posted this in the canadian section but I was told the owner of spydie guys posts in this sub forum. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried calling them? E-mail is good, and keep a record of it but try calling them first. This isn't the correct forum for these kind of posts btw. Joe

Well after some more searching on the bill I've discovered a credit to our account. Everything seems to be in order.

I have ordered from them many times with no problems. It only takes me 3 or 4 days to recieve the order. But they are in Texas and I am in Kansas only 400 or 500 miles away, not in Canada. They have always treated me right, so give them a call I am sure they will fix any problem.

I bought at least 4-5 times on e-bay from them. No problem, great service and communication. Send them e-mail. They always answer me.

I bought a few times on Ebay from them and there was no problem. It usually takes like two weeks or even little longer to receive parcel, but I live in Europe.
