Spydie knives- which is your preferred model?

my fav spydie is the Ti ATR, by a fairly large margin too, its the only production knife still in my rotation.

An early FRN Endura with the G2 steel blade was my first Spyderco.....I still think highly of the Endura model as an EDC workhorse.

The Para-Military just might be the best 3" folding knife in it's price class.

I think it's hard to find a better $40 dollar, pocket-friendly EDC than the Golden, CO made Native I.

.....these are just a few of their many that I can praise.

I'm going to have to go with my PE Pacific Salt. It's an ugly sucker with an H1 blade just a skosh under 4". It's light (3 oz!), it's sturdy, there's no play (for me, this is huge with a backlock), and it won't rust. Period. I got it in yellow, on the off chance I do take it in water, I'll be able to find easier than if it were black. Plus, how often do you actually see a knife with a yellow handle. And it hasn't left my pocket since I picked it up in early November. That's unusual for me ;)

The Stretch II is, in my opinion, the second-best knife that Spyderco has ever produced. If they ever make it in S90V it will take over the top slot. For now, the S90V/CF Military is my favorite of the hundred plus that I own.

all the above are excellent choices, only saw one person mention the chinnook III, i really like mine and the captain is an excellent choice, i also like the caly, of course it is very hard to go wrong with the spyderco's period, have been buying them since they was introduced in early 1980, my first was a rescue and it has serviced me well, i have carried it for as an edc for about 20 yrs now and was not until recent that the polymer clip broke now i just use a lanyard carry, it has been sharpened numerous times and still cuts like a razor and it is the serrated, will still cut a seatbelt which is what it was designed for...
spyderco has done well and will continue, excellent customer service as well...

Another vote for ATR - I have the Stainless-handled version, totally changed my mind about handle material.

1. ATR
2. Manix
3. Military
4. Endura (looks nice in white...)

Then again, I would never carry something small and dainty like kiwi/kopa...

My hands down favorite Spydie is the BG-42 Carbon Fiber Military.
Next is the S90V CF Millie, followed by the S30V Millie.
The Para-Military is a favorite, as is the Police3, the SS Police and the Native.

As of this writing, I am breaking in my 2nd S90V Millie, so I guess it is obvious that for me, the Millie is 'the one'.
