Spydie/ShivWorks Fixed Blade?

whats your preference a disciple or clinch pick? i already have a folder and was considering a fixed.
 
Clinch Pick! Size is more likely to be legal due to shorter blade length.. and should come in more cost effective too. The real work is making a decent "egg" handle which could add to the cost...
