Recommendation? Spydiechef or Caribbean sheepsfoot

After handling both I'd say Carrib. Spydiechef was nice but nowhere near as ambidextrous, I greatly preferred the control the thumb ramp gave it, and overall it just felt more comfortable to use. Chef would be great if I wanted a dedicated knife for processing food on a cutting board or other flat surface, but the Carrib is just too well rounded to pass up.
 
I’ve had one Chef and played with a few others. All had lock stick from mild to pretty bad. It was also a little harder to flick until you really get used to it. Other than that I loved it. I’ll probably try the Caribbean before I try another Spydiechef.
