Their company policy of never offering blade replacement, no spa treatment and frequently denying warranty claims is nothing I wish to discuss with him. He is a great guy with a great company but he won’t change it for me. He doesn’t need to, we all still buy his product.
I am simply stating the indisputable fact that their CS is inferior to KAI, CRK, and Benchmade.
