My favorite part of BF is the knifemakers section......
We are so lucky to have access to some of the most wonderful and talented craftsman making knives today.
I just purchased my latest knife from a maker (Justin, AKA SRG Knives) on BF, and here is my feedback with an ultra brief review (because this is not the review section!)
I have been looking for a really killer FF for longer than I can remember, just haven't found one that hit the right buttons until I saw this: (First Knife)

Justin was very quick in working with me to complete the transaction.
The knife was shipped the next day, with tracking emailed to me at the same time.
I received the FF today, and I am amazed by the quality considering Justin has only been seriously making knives for a couple of years.
Fit is absolutely perfect, blade is centered, the detent is exactly what you need in an FF, and the knife is solid.
Finish is very good. The Raindrop Damascus shows through all the blasting work better than the pictures show, and the anodizing is excellent. The grind is spot on.
There are a few imperfections in the orange peel, but nothing that most people would notice.
The ergo's are incredible, it fits my hands (average size) like a glove, and when you hold this knife, you want to cut. That's the best compliment I can give a maker in terms of nailing the ergonomics.
What really sets justins work apart is his style. It's his own, it flows, and there is a ton of function and cohesiveness to the entire piece.
I own a lot of customs (Justin works with grinders, sanders, and polishers) and just putting this side-by-side today with my EDC, one of Andy Fitz' wonderful knives, there isn't much of a difference.
Well actually, I could buy four of these or one Fitz.....
Thanks you Justin for the excellent knife and the service that went along with getting it to me.
Your future looks really bright as a knifemaker, and I look forward to seeing more if your wonderful work.
