SS handles anodizable?

You cant really anodize steel but you could probably have it coated in soem way if you want.

Anodizeng works on metals like Aluminium, Titanium, Magnesium and a few others.

You and me both

Make that a threesome in a non-sexual way. :)

I think you could get it coated similar to the DHC (Or DLC? Something with a D) they do for the Para and the Millie. Or check out http://pvdsurftech.com/razor.html. Not sure if they do handles as well as blades...but it's worth a shot. Oh, just read it and I don't think they do orange. Maybe if you bound colored molecules to the coating? Maybe a can of spray paint?

Not so sure about that. Remember the Rainbow Spyderfly? Both the blade and handles sure looked anodized to me and, AFAIK, they're both stainless steel. There was also a Rainbow Cricket sold only in Japan and I'm pretty sure it was the SS version.

Now whether or not you could get a single solid color, like orange, is another story. That might not be possible.

the rainbow is a coating, not anodizing. Anodizing is a layer of oxidized metal, almost like a patina on carbon steel. It helps prevent further corrosion, and is very hard, so it prevents scratching and wear. It's also pretty porous compared to bare metal, so it holds dyes and lubricants very well. Steel can't be anodized, because iron oxide is rust, and just flakes off. You might be able to etch it though.
