ss Native chisel ground ???

A guy at work gives me his SS Native 50/50 to sharpen. The PE part has a wide grind on the non clip side and almost none on the clip side (set up for right hand carry). At best that side has some grind perhaps the width of a pin and that could be from past sharpening .

So are these made chisel ground ? or is this just one that got through with a very bad grind.

Nope, they're not chisel ground. Perhaps that's why the guy at work gave the knife to you this time.

I'd think the bad grind happened sometime after it "Got out". Joe

Thanks. But it looks like it was never ground on one side except for a VERY, small almost micro bevel. It looks like the tips on all the serrated Delicas I have .
