ST 56 vs Mud Razor (pics included)

Didn't think so but figured it was worth a shot :D Beautiful collection you got there Eric

regarding the military over-runs, is there any sense as too have many BIBBs, eu-17 magnums, and st 56's got out the door? kinda similar amounts? lany of the three particularly rare? ike i said, i will only be able to afford one knife for right now and i trying to pic just one, then hunker down and begin my stalk. just trying to see how hard a hunt i'm in for. i initially thought the st56 would be my ticket but am now thinking the others might be slightly better all around users...

Not sure about the others, but here's a quote on the BIBB

This sterile, straight edged bolo influenced mil. overrun features a .200" thick. . . 7 3/4"" blade. . . where the requested blade was " . . to have a straight edge with the weight distribution favoring the front quadrant of the blade". . . .It has a very unusual Special Desert Olive finish.

We have less than 50 of these and no more will be produced.

wow, i might be in trouble with that one! thanks for the info, i didn't save the original offer thread...

Tough choice, good luck. I those three I prefer the ST56 but that is probably because I like that style. The BIBB is probably the better all around user

Here's another one with some other knives to show a better size comparison.

Just curious, what's the one above the St-56?

A straight handled SH variant. I wanted to add a SH in there for size but realized the only SH's I had were variants.

Thanks for asking

:D:D

You only have variants? Sheesh, that's rough ;) Okay you're next photo assignment is a group shot of your whole collection. Let the drooling begin :D

Not quite correct. I don't have any Straight Handled SH's that aren't variants. I have other knives that are not variants ;)

I'm not that great at the pics so I doubt I'll be taking a pic of my collection. I appreciate the interest though

:D:D

OK Eric, maybe not the whole collection, how about adding a few more on the smaller side like the Badger, AD, etc...

Besides photography is FUN!

Here's my Mud Razor and some friends for comparison. The MR is my only Busse, and I'm thinking about a smaller one.
