This show is June 19th and 20th. How about a show of hands as to who is going? Sounds like there maybe 4 of us so far. I am thinking we should get a Blade Forums table if they have any left.

Dude, we are soooo gonna party . . .

Yek, that's not the joyful dance of Mepos, is it? I will soon indulge, for today I sent off the payment for . . . . .
THE MANTIS!!

Now, if it only had a real name instead of that goofy cartoon crap somebody stuck on it . . .

Jackyl,

If you have an issue of Blade look in there for the exact locale. They advertise all the time in there. Look for the St. Louis arch in the add. It is the Gateway club show. The show has been around for 4-5 years now. It's a pretty decent lil show with a good turn out of custom makers. I am sure Carver can tell you exactly where it is at. I just know it is one exit up from the gun show that I am a dealer at. It is not all that far from the casino. Are you familar with the area?

I live in Kansas City, and would love to attend. Should I check Blade Mag. for all the details? Can N E 1 give me any additional info.? I'm sure my friend and I will attend. We were gonna go to the Atlanta show, but it's quite a ways a way. Please, let me know if you come up with any attitional info. Thanks -AR

Jackyl, Yekim and I also wanted to go to both the BLADE show and the St. Charles show. We came up with an innovative solution: we said what the hell and we're going to both.

I guess you'll have to check the Blade Magazine for details. Let me check with someone and see if I can get details to post.

Hey Jackyl, you're on my stomping grounds! I wanna go! Alas, but I'm busy :-(

this is a very nice show. 120 tables of nothing but knives. many custom makers, custom knife dealers as well as every brand of factory knife you could want. It is called the heart of america knife show and it is on june 19-20th at the american legion in st charles, mo. you can exit 227(zumbehl) or 228(hwy 94) off of i-70. the address is 2500 raymond. it is just off of west clay street, between duchesne and droste streets. check out map quest or any other map site via a search engine and you will see the streets referred to. btw tom we (my father and myself) will be set up there. in december i picked up many great deals there such as: microtech ludt, claw ludt and a mini udt all well under current value...dmc

Thank you. Since my grandmother is a dealer, I get everything at cost. However, I'd like to purchase something at this show. Will us forumites be meeting there? If so, I like to meet some of you. Maybe, we can all search for good deals together since I'm sooooo spoiled on knife prices.

Jackyl,

I am planning on having a Blade Forums table there. I decided to go ahead and get a table. Mike will be sending some Literature to had on the forums as well AKTI info with any luck. Sounds like we may have quite a few folks there. There are lot of customs as dmc stated and quite a few makers. I am willing to bet you will find something you can't live without.

DMC,

Will you be going to this show? From the head count I have taken on and off the forum and sounds like there will be several folks coming from the forums.

Oh I should mention that the show has give aways throughout both days of the show. I think they generally draw every hour. Sounds pretty sweet eh? Maybe I will get lucky this time! I am also thinking of having a lil Blade Forums knife give away.

Kysa,

I wish you could be there too. It is a bit far for you though. How about if I promise a free Spyderco?

Tom,
I plan to be at the show. What kinds of things will you have on your table?
