Perhaps that's why the site is down: One too many shady business deals by Richard Colbrook:thumbdn: This crook has my full name, full personal address, and other personal information and therefore I will NOT go into detail.

What's important here is that The Bad & The Ugly are exposed, so expose I shall. I highly recommend not buying from this guy, as he advertises knives as being new and in excellent condition and sends them irrefutably damaged. When this fact is brought to his attention, he sends you email after email asking irrelevant questions and using suggestive(because he knows he's guilty) speech to say that you--the buyer--damaged the knife.

I'm glad his site is currently down so that he can't use it as a tool to steal more money from hard working citizens. I'm not some quack with unrealistic expectations; I buy knives at this price point all the time from many different sources. I currently have two GSO Survive! Knives and have three more in the making, and that's just from one small company that barely ever has any stock. Good thing guys like Guy at Survive! Knives can still be found, unlike this armchair warrior Richard Colbrook playing on his stabberssteelconnection website ripping people off.

Honor, Virtue, Integrity, Respectability, Dignity: Hard to find these days but it's still out there if you search long enough.

Well I don't know your details but Ritchie has been a stand up guy to me . So before we can take your word we need details.
 
Hi Bobbylongblades. First off Why not email an issue you have with me Instead of Putting up a post like this?
Secondly, What knife are you referring to?? I always offer a refund or some Money to compensate an issue I may have overlooked IF the Buyer decided to keep the knife
Third My website is down because we had to change servers and the Program we use is not Working with the new Server.
I sell Tons of knives and have 100% feedback everywhere

I have been dealing w/ Ricky for a number of years and have always been completely satisfied w/ my dealings w/ him. If the knife he has for sale is not in mint condition he goes into detail about every nick or scratch or blemish it has, and he goes above and beyond to makes sure the customer is happy. Sounds like you need to go into detail about what you are referring to, being very vague smells fishy.

When you post here and refuse to identify yourself as part of the details, all you are is a pair of flapping lips.
What is the guy going to do, burn your house down, blow up your car, beat you up?

When you post here rather than handle this through E-mail you must be ready, willing and able to publish every detail and every fact.
What you have done is fling mud without citing a legitimate reason......
 
Ricky is a good guy.
Business professional and
a big contributor to many knife forums
Youre lashing out prematurely
AND very inappropriately in my eyes.
Contacting Ricky either via email and or Im certain he
would chat with you if you wish
You sir are NEW too this forums and In my opinion
as a long time member in good standings..HAVE no right to
point a finger.
Ricky has piped in and has allowed you the option to contact
him and figure out a resolve..
Bashing a person without merit..SOLVES nothing..Except gets other
parties piling back on you......
Often we DONT think things thru before we begin our post
I wish you a fast resolve
And again..Ricky is GOOD people......He will work whatever issue
you might have out with you...Calmer heads always prevail

So as you have pretty much zero credibility here I would suggest that you post as much detail as possible if you intend to be taken seriously.
If you do not wish to be taken seriously, then why bother?
 
You need to post details of your complaint otherwise it's baseless and reflects badly on you.

Stabber has 240 positive Feedbacks- that takes hard work and diligence.
 
i hope this gets shut down . this is pointless to have someone screaming to the hilltops without giving one detail but goes on to give Survive! a plug . I dont get it . So get your ducks in a row, And honestly I doubt you even had a legitamate complaint because you would have posted it.

Anyone can join this forum and throw some dirt around.
We've seen this before.....

I am not sure what kind of 'reaction' you where looking for with a post as vague as yours, but next time you feel compelled to smear someones reputation, please do better at explaining the issue, and why it just had to be made public.
 
I've read this 3 times now and just by wording belive the original poster is slandering said seller for the the guy he so Suttley sucks off
 
Ricky is one of the most trusted persons here in this knife community, I personally have more than 20 transactions with him and you sir just made a big mistake here whomever you are.
