I don't often do cord wraps, but they can be fun- I put up two shorter ones recently, so here's a "rib knife"
Overall length is 14 7/8 inches, with a blade length of 9 1/2 inches. Steel is Aldo's 1084, with a full quench and temper and a full convex grind. Blade has a baked on gunkote finish.
Handle is underwrapped with hand twisted linen cord, sealed in acrylic. Over wrap is "220" utility cord.
Sheath is a basic deep pouch with an "I" frame belt loop. Up to about a 7/8 inch strap can be worked through vertically, and it will fit a 2-3 inch belt. In the photos you can see a bit of extra mink oil, I'm a bit crazy with the stuff, better a bit extra than too little!
