Here's a nice EDC in stabilized spalted birch. Scales are nicely "book-ended". It is 1/8 inch 1095 with a flat grind and scotchbrite satin finish. Comes with tooled leather sheath as shown. Pics don't do this one justice!

beautiful. What is the small notch close to the handle for? I've often considered making a blade with a notch in it for wire stripping.
