Anybody have a good (preferably online) source for stabilized spalted wood, like pecan or maple? I prefer un-dyed, but dyed could work.
I depend on Texas Knifemaker's for a lot of stabilized wood, and they have a great selection, but all of their blanks are too short. I've just started to get into larger chef's knives, and I need some longer scales. Pre-cut or block form is fine.
