Please explain to me how the wood is stablized. It sure is visually pleasing. My guess is some kind of epoxy or something that is applied to wood under high pressure.

Thunder47, No one does stabilization better than WSSI does. Rest assured that this wood will, sand and polish unbelievably.

Hey, I want to say that this stuff is great and so is Delbert. He send along an extra piece. The extra has a small flaw in one spot, but, will make an excellent piece on a 2 part handle. Thanks a lot. I appreciate it. Jim
