Stabilized wood lot split up/gone

These are from a knife makers shop buy out . I do not know what species of wood they are ,it's possible they're home made . They appear to be un cut,un separated ,each piece meant to be cut into a set . The green is 1/4" all others 3/8" thickness . Length x with varies approx 4 to 5" ,it appears after cut up your width would be 1-3/4" on each scale . To me ,they seem generously sized
