You get no arguments from me on our website. That is one of the things I've pushed our HQ to fix since I joined the company last year, unfortunately they are controlling the purse strings. Working with primarily automotive industry customers, the website was not particularly important. Now that we are selling to individuals, the website takes on new importance. They understand that and have agreed to replace the site. As you may know, corporate wheels sometimes turn agonizingly slowly. We will get there though. In the meantime, I'll upgrade the membership to be able to post documents. Thanks for the clue, I didn't know that.

It's great to have a product rep join in Bladeforums to do exactly that, represent their product. I believe, if you shell out the very nominal requisite membership fee you can post sales info and literature in the For Sale forum and direct folks in this forum to it.

May I also suggest, resolving your extremely anemic and completely dysfunctional website issue immediately. At the very least, have a sale brochure up there, the MSDS, pricing and contact information. As it exists (or doesn't exist) now, the site actually promotes disbelief and distrust which discredits the product and diminishes its marketing potential.

....and as you can see, there are a lot of folks around these parts who would delight in having an affordable stabilizing product available in manageable quantities with superior or equal qualities to other products.

.....as for the customer support, hmmm, get that website up and running, further your ability to share info with us here and you just might make some headway on that score.

Thanks for the update Bob. Ya, I understand online shopping carts are a real _itch to setup and maintain. Looking good. Keep it up. Quick question, are there any shipping restrictions?

No shipping restrictions. The material is precatalyzed so it is not hazmat, i.e. no surcharges and it can go by air if needed. Standard shipping within U.S. is UPS Ground, alternatives are of course available including international shipping. I'll make sure to include this information in the site.
