My royalty check showed up, and while it ain't enough to retire on, it got me this cool machete:

It is rather nice, although I see what some people meant by the handle being a tad less than hand-filling. If my hands were slightly smaller, it'd be perfect.
As it is, I can't wait to get out there and put it through its paces. :thumbup:
