Stacked Leather vs Buffalo Horn Handles, which one?

Another vote for leather. I made a couple pieces in stacked leather recently and they feel amazing to hold. I have a piece of horn that I have tried to use for some of the hardware on Japanese style saya, but I find it pretty brittle and would hesitate to use it on a handle.

I went with both on this handle job. :)
If I had to choose between them it'd be leather.
Leather makes a good handle, and it is easy to care for.
As others have said before, buffalo horn wants to move. Stag can move a little, buffalo horn wants to move more.

I aways loved stacked leather the best !

Of course I got horns here and there ...
