Stag 110 BG-42

You know a lot of folks talk about wanting to be in Idaho but I think Armand lives in the middle of the real old treasures.:thumbup:

FL, I Love San Diego... If you come out here go to the Kolbys swap meet.... But don't buy my Bucks... LOL... There's enough for all... ITE

Armond,Thats a real purrrty one! Nice match on the Stag too...You really have a Buck collection to be proud of!

Sometimes I regret parting with my stag 110.

I don't regret that at all Allen cause I'm the one who now owns it. A very nice ATS-34 Stag knife and it is a real sweetheart.

Naw, just kidding....
I'm really happy that it has a good home where it is appreciated. :)

Allen,

I knew you'd take that well. I think you sold me an as new jigged buff in BG-42 at the same time....I couldn't type "I'll take it" fast enough. And I love them both!!

I'm sincerely glad that you're enjoying them.
That water-buf BG-42 sure was beautiful, but it was with that particular knife that I discovered the jigged buffalo horn combined with the finger-grooves just didn't feel so great in my hand.
Different strokes for different folks I guess.

Yes, Allen, I'll have to agree w/ you.Once you get an Impala or jigged buffalo horn or even some of the rams horn scales you don't need finger grooves. As those type slabs
give the finger groove feel on the sides of the handle.Which is enough for a sure grip feel.DM
