Here's another knife that didn't sell at the show this weekend. It's a knife with a lot of "firsts." This knife is my first takedown, my first turned finial, first fluted guard, and first contoured butt cap. The blade is random carbon steel Damascus that I purchased off the Knifedogs classifieds about four years ago. The furniture is all 416 stainless. The handle is Sambar stag. Overall length is 11 inches. Sheath is right hand, tooled, with a keeper strap. I'll upload a sheath pic this evening. Price on this one is $SOLD, which most of the knifemakers at the show said was too low. Great knife for this price, with premium materials and clean fit and finish.

This is a beautiful knife and the stag is exceptional
I'd loose the finial and that would be that. Happened to me years ago with an old Marbles hunter. The nut came off and left me with a bag full of leather washers. Lost the nut.
