Just finished this one today.
The finish on the blade is 2000 grit and 3 rub downs with flitz. The 3rd pic shows a pretty nice mirror finish for 5160. Wendy pointed out a "small" hesitation in a finish stroke. I put a lot of time in the finish so I will put a couple more strokes to make it right.
Wendy is my best critic and encourager.

elegant and beautifull. love that stag enough popcorn to mmake it interesting but not too much to make it uncomfrotable (at least form looking anyways)

Funny how your wife can always find a wrinkle in that otherwise great finish isn't it? Great looking knife David and nice stag.

Very nice. I like the double curve ricasso.....same style I use. Nice stag and very clean lines.
Darcy:)

hey man, that one is cool. I haven't been around lately. Love to see that knife. The butt cap matched to the stag is really nice.
