This is my classic drop point huter in A2 blade flat ground with heat treat by Paul Bos. A2 is a high carbon (1.00 %) tool steel with a small amount of chrome (5.2%) for corrosion resistance. I have been making these in O1 with micarta and wood handles and now steped it up to Sambar Stag. Gurard and Pins are 403ss.

The edge is ground to about 0.015 and convex with a cutting angle of about 12 degrees to make it a real slicer.

Blade 4 1/2" x 1 1/4".. Overall length 8"

$135.00 postage in US included and sheath Sold , thanks everyone

I need to charge a little more for outside US.
I prefer paypal but flexable on payment method.

This is a real cutter .. See it slice in the link below..............

Patrickknives,
Somehow there is no communication through the email system. Please email me not through these links, but directly. Home is maineboatman@cox.net and work is goerings@bellsouth.net, put "fred's knife" in the subject line and they will get it to me. I will reply to you with my phone number as well. I am looking forward to getting your knife!
Sincerley,
Fred
